"Exchange was easy, just a little slow"
I had to exchange a ring because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. The return label took longer than I thought it would, which was kind of ridiculous, but customer support did get back to me and the replacement arrived without any issues. Overall it was simple, just not the fastest process. I’d still order from them again

I was impressed with this for the price. It looks good, doesn’t feel like I overpaid, and it does exactly what I needed it to do. Overall, I’m really happy with it and it feels like a solid buy.

"Really sparkle, just needed a minute"
I got my ring from Diamond Nexus the stone is really in person. It catches the light a ton, especially outside or even just under my kitchen lights, and it definitely doesn’t look dull.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the setting felt a little lighter than I expected at first, but that hasn’t bothered me much now that I’ve been wearing it. It still feels well made and I reach for it a lot

"Easy ordering, just a small hiccup"
Ordering from diamondnexus.com was easy. The site was simple to navigate, and I found the ring I wanted faster than I expected. The only thing I’d say is that I wish there were a few more close-up photos or details on the product page, just to feel extra sure before buying. But checkout was smooth, I got my confirmation right away, and overall I’m really happy with the online ordering process so far.

I got a ring from Diamond Nexus and felt good about the whole thing. It didn’t have that shady or wasteful vibe, which I really appreciated. The ring is really pretty, the price felt fair, and shipping was easy too. No compliants from me lol.

The ring fits really well overall, but it’s just the tiniest bit snug. Like, not enough to ruin my day or anything dramatic, but I definitely noticed it. Still happy with it though!

"Really solid ring so far"
i’ve been really happy with my ring from Diamond Nexus. I got it a few months ago and have worn it pretty much every day since. The setting feels sturdy, the stone still looks beautiful, and I’m not exactly delicate with my hands, so that’s been a nice surprise. I haven’t noticed any scratches, loose parts, or anything weird so far. It just feels well made...
